RunKali, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions, or any request under section 06: info@runkali.com.

We do not receive the content processed by your System: prompts, documents, search queries, agent outputs and connected-system data are processed entirely on your hardware. We do not train models on it. There is no telemetry channel carrying that content to us, and a System can run fully offline.

Where you are subject to GDPR, you are the controller for personal data processed on your System and we are not a processor of it, because we never receive it. If a support engagement ever requires us to access your System, that is arranged separately, with your prior authorisation and under a data processing agreement if one is needed.

When you contact us or request a quote. Your name, work email, company, the configuration you selected and anything you write in the message field. We use it to reply, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the enquiry.

When you visit the website. Standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page — collected by the analytics and tag-management tools we use to understand how the site performs.

When you book a demo. The booking is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling; the details you enter go to Google under their terms, and to us.

To respond to enquiries and provide quotes — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request. To operate, secure and improve the website, and for legitimate business development — our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. For analytics and any non-essential cookies — your consent, where consent is required in your jurisdiction. To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

We are based in Canada and some providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data protected by UK or EU law is transferred outside those jurisdictions, we rely on the applicable safeguards — most commonly Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, including the adequacy decision covering Canada.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

Email info@runkali.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority — in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Enquiries and quote requests: up to twenty-four months from our last contact, unless a customer relationship makes a longer period necessary. Website analytics: up to fourteen months. Records we must keep for tax or accounting: as long as the law requires. Erasure requests are honoured sooner where we have no overriding obligation to retain.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; strictly necessary ones cannot be refused without affecting the site.

The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored encrypted at rest in access-controlled storage, and only the people who need them can reach them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but the most sensitive thing here — your operational data — never leaves your building in the first place.

This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always at runkali.com/privacy with the date it took effect. Material changes will be flagged here.
